I worked with Glover Davis, first as a young undergraduate in the early 1970's, at which time Glover advised me to pursue short story writing, but later when I became a graduate student, Glover encouraged my poetry writing and helped me in countless ways. He was my MFA Project Advisor from 1992 - 1994 -- and a good friend. I just wanted to thank him publically for his integrity and sincerity as a teacher and mentor. My name is Edd Williams.
